Ahead of the Chancellor’s Spending Review later this month, a new report, Building post-pandemic prosperity, jointly commissioned by ARCH, the LGA and the NFA, set out how building 100,000 green social homes for rent each year as part of Britain’s post -pandemic recovery would benefit the economy to the tune of £24.5 billion.
