RMCEP is known as a leader in workforce development in our service region. What brings about this leadership? I recently read that “Leadership is lifting a person’s vision to high sights, the raising of a person’s performance to a higher standard and the building of a personality beyond its normal limitations.” This is it. This is what we do. Through our client-centered focus, we do this daily. We lift our communities by helping people discover and develop new possibilities in their lives.
