Excel Welcomes New Residents
We welcome Evelyn (Top) into her new home at Cypress Pointe II in Omaha, Nebraska. Evelyn waited patiently for years to get into her new home at Cypress Pointe II and said it was well worth the wait. As she loves that the apartments are extremely nice and the community is wonderful.
We welcome Erica (Bottom Left) to her new home at Jasmine Court in Cushing, Oklahoma. Erica is excited, especially for her kids, to enjoy the spacious 3 bedroom and 2 bedrooms that their family needs.
We welcome Helen (Bottom Right) into her new, recently rehabbed, home at Villas at Crystal Court III in South Sioux City, Nebraska. Helen is super excited to be at the Villas and can't wait to get settled in.

The majority of Community Buildings that Excel manages are now available for resident use. Excel takes the health and safety of our residents above all else. We ask for people who have not been fully vaccinated with one of the COVID-19 Vaccines to wear a mask in the Community Buildings. For emergency maintenance issues that happen beyond Excels regular business hours (M-F: 8 am – 5 pm) contact Excel at 402-525-3226 or email maintenance@exceldg.com.
