Let’s make “State Onigiri”!

Join us to create two onigiri in honor of this year’s #OnigiriAction theme: State Onigiri! Make a New York “Everything But The Bagel Onigiri,” with us as we turn the concept of the popular multi-seeded bagel, into a rice triangle stuffed with smoked salmon and cream cheese (move over Philadelphia Roll!) dipped in the same sprinkle spice mixture. It looks and tastes delicious. For the second one bring your own ingredients to show your state pride or make an onigiri and “dress it up” or shape it into something iconic from you state. This promises to be a fun event!
