Launching our Working Paper Series

We just launched a Working Paper Series on SSRN with the goal of disseminating our research more widely within the legal academic community. Our series currently consists of 10 papers and  includes some very recent pieces produced by our teammates and affiliates, including:

  • A survey of 516 legal academics regarding their views on the protection of future generations, the ability of law to influence the long-term future, and specific areas of law and sources of risk—the largest ever survey of legal academia in the English-speaking world on substantive legal questions, and

  • A paper presenting a chronology of the constitutionalization of future generations, together with an assessment of the strength of these constitutional provisions and an analysis of their de jure intensity and de facto repercussions.

For a full list of published and ongoing research, you can visit our website.
