There is a certain responsibility as a member of RCAC to care for, pray for and make certain decisions together, for the ongoing ministry of our church.

If you are member I encourage you to make the time to join.

Some matters include:

• Reviewing Financial Reports

• Electing Elders for Next Three Years

• Electing the Nomination Committee for Next Year

Your AGM Invitation was sent to you by email as early as September 17th. If you have not received an invitation, please email agm2021@rcac.ca

1. Register for our online Zoom meeting.

2. We are using Simply Voting to cast our ballots. Your ID and password were sent to you by "vote@simplyvoting.com". If you have logging in, please email credentials@dataonthespot.com

Registration is required per week, for the month of October.
