Notice of Annual General Meeting, October 28th, 2021

Rayjon Share Care of Sarnia, Inc. is pleased to inform all members and supporters that our ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING will be held virtually on Thursday, October 28^th, 2021 at 6:30 PM online via Zoom Meetings.*

Business to be conducted includes:

Reports and updates from all Rayjon committees (Eyeglass Program, Projects Advisory Team, Community Engagement Committee, Nominating Committee, Trips Committee, Chairperson’s report, and Executive Director’s report)
Presentation of audited financial statements for 2020-2021, and appointment of auditor for 2021-2022
Election of Rayjon Board of Directors
Updated organizational by-law
Special video chat with Haitian & Dominican leaders

You must register in advance to attend the meeting.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting, and a link to download the AGM package.

*All votes will be conducted via the Zoom online electronic voting system, for voting members only.

Please note that the meeting will be recorded to assist with creating accurate minutes.
