MILESTONES IN MISSIONS:

3rd Quarter Update from Allison Mitchell UPCI Associate Missionary to the United Kingdom

Greetings in Jesus’ name! It has been my incredible privilege to serve in the United Kingdom for 14 years, as of this past August, and this this Milestone in Missions would not have been reached without your prayers, support, and the upholding hand of the Lord. HE has been faithful, you have been faithful and His calling has not wavered, so here we are today! As I write to you on the train to Wales for our National Prayer Walk with the Missions Rally, in the midst of a gas crisis, coming out of a pandemic which has shaped our lives in unprecedented ways, I am so grateful for the many ways God is working across the UK—

In July we held our Central District Ministerial Training Seminar in Rugby, and it was such a blessing to have Rev Mark Shutes and Rev Dan MacLeod investing in our leadership. Many miracles and healings were poured out and we give God glory.

In August our Translation Team with AIM UKI added another language for General Conference, making it available for our Latinos and Filipinos, and I had the honour to speak in Morning Manna representing the Central District of UPC GB&I (you may watch here.) We also had our Central District Ladies Day, and September kicked off with more translation for the EME Prayer Summit. I was so inspired by the dedication of our translators, with over 10 languages represented, and look forward to working with this team in the future! Thank you Sis Kelley and her team for leading this event.

At Liberty Worship Centre we have been blessed with the ministry of Sis Megan Wilson (AIM) Sis Hailey MacLeod (AIM) Sis Bonnie Long (AMP) and Rev Juli Jasinski, who spoke for our Prayer Revival, a powerful weekend of impartation and training, and Rev Darrell Marsh who has been teaching our Midweek discipleship virtually. Our Hyphen were also blessed to attend LiveWire Conference in London virtually and in person this past weekend.

Passing the final milestones from England to Wales on this train journey, I am so grateful to have passed this spiritual Milestone in Missions, and looking forward to the next stage God has in store for United Kingdom and Europe!
