The attached “Information for Presbytery Leaders” sheet provides you with a brief summary of our benefits, programs, and grants to which you might want to refer. We have added a key to know which items would need presbytery action. Let me know if there is anything on this sheet you would like to know more about or need some clarification.

FIDELITY EVENT
This is an announcement for you to use to let participants in the Retirement Savings Plan know about a 30-minute free webinar offered by Fidelity on November 2. This webinar will help attendees get to know NetBenefits, an online retirement resource from Fidelity Investments. Feel free to use this newsletter content as is. It contains the date, time, and a link to register for the event.

2022 BENEFITS THAT SERVE THE CHURCH
This is a handy one-page summary of our benefits with a key to identify any work/hour requirements.

Quick Facts and Dues Schedule 2022
This link takes you to a good companion to the 2022 Benefits That Serve the Church document. It outlines most costs for benefits. Please note that for determining costs for the medical plan for church employees who are not installed pastors, church employers should contact the Board of Pensions to get assistance with medical plan pricing.

I am available and happy to assist any groups needing to discuss benefits options like Pastor Nominating Committees, Interim/Transitional Search Teams, Church and Presbytery Personnel Committees, and COMs. I am available Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET. My mobile number is 215-587-7239. Of course, the Board is available to assist you as well. Employer services can be reached Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. ET at 800-773-7752 (800-PRESPLAN).

Blessings,
Rev. Dr. Carrie Mitchell
