The Rev. Rebecca Nickel, Rector

Sunday Worship Service @ 10am
Godly Play @ 10am
Sunday Bible Study @ 11:20am

Sunday Worship and Bible Study are livestreamed
for those who are not yet comfortable meeting in-person
This Week at St. Timothy's - October 7, 2021
The College for Congregational Development (CCD) team at St. Tim's has been conducting research and collecting feedback for the past four Sundays (9/12, 9/19, 9/26, and 10/3). We asked our fourth (and final) survey question in worship on October 3. If you were absent this past Sunday, you can find the question below and either (a) complete a post-it in-person this Sunday or (b) email your response to Kelly Nickson at knickson1989@gmail.com. The CCD team thanks you for your participation!

Last week's survey question (10/3):
The survey responses from the past three weeks have indicated that:
         -  Our parish needs more volunteers
         -  Our parishioners want more information about existing volunteer ministry roles
         -  Verbal announcements are the most effective form of communicating about volunteer ministries

Where might the Spirit be calling you to offer your time and energy to St. Timothy’s faith community?

We will discuss the survey results during worship on October 17.
Hope you are able to attend.

Many of you have been asking about St. Timothy's Loaves & Fishes Food Pantry and when it will reopen.  St. Timothy's has been approached by Pastor Scott Simmons from Faith United Church of Christ Food Pantry ministry, inviting St. Tim's to discern the possibility of a collaborative Food Pantry ministry.  The Vestry discussed this invitation and think the next step is for those interested to explore this possibility.  We're going to take our discernment slowly and with baby steps. The first step is for members of St. Timothy's to register (see below link) to volunteer at Faith United Church of Christ Food Pantry for Saturday, October 16, 2021 from 8:15am-11:30am.

Sunday, October 10th at our 10 AM worship, during the announcement time, St. Timothy’s Loaves & Fishes Food Pantry leadership will present a ‘status of the food pantry’.
If you care, please be there.
