Aloha UHA Group Administrators,

This notice provides a high-level overview of our plans regarding the updates to our member ID cards to align with the No Surprises Act legislation. Below is what you and your employees can expect:

  • All UHA members will receive a copy of their new member ID card before January 1, 2022. Please note that those members who recently joined UHA are likely to receive two ID card mailings within a short period of time.
  • The updated UHA member ID card will reflect the following new information:
    • medical plan annual deductible and annual maximum-out-of-pocket limits
    • a QR code to direct them to our member portal login page
    • updated contact information on the back of the card for assistance with their plan or benefits
  • Frequently asked questions (FAQs) regarding the No Surprises Act will be posted on uhahealth.com in November.
Annual drug plan limits can be viewed by logging into a UHA member portal account. The login page can be accessed by:
  • Scanning the QR code on the member ID card with a smartphone camera
  • Visiting uhahealth.com/members on a desktop or tablet

For UHA members who do not currently have an Online Member Services account, registration is free and easy to set up via uhahealth.com/members/register.
