Volunteer Opportunity Sat. Oct. 16th

This is just a quick update to let you know about an upcoming volunteer event at the park. Next Saturday, Oct. 16th at 10am we will be re-blazing the horse trails. Come join us and see a part of the park you may not have seen before. The horse trails are beautiful and wind through the forest.

Meet at the Bridle (horse) trail parking lot, on the far end of the park road, near the entrance with Longbottom road. If you enter the main entrance of the park, you would drive almost all the way through and the Bridle trail parking would be on your left before you get to the end of the road (road turns to gravel).

For more information, or to RSVP, check out our “Meet-up” group and sign up for a free account to always stay informed on our events!

We will be in touch soon with more updates from the Park! We’ve been able to purchase several more items for the park with your donations, and have a few more events we are planning in November. Stay tuned!
