Bitty and Beau's is opening a new coffee shop on Camden Road on October 9th, with a ribbon-cutting at 10:00 am. Bitty & Beau’s was originally founded in Wilmington as a coffee shop run by people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping to create a path for people with disabilities to become more valued, accepted, and included in every community. Please help welcome them to our community and help celebrate their new location in Charlotte!

One Stop Sports is the perfect destination for South End sports fans and collectors! The sports card trading store opened on East Park Ave at the end of September, offering a place to hang out and browse the collection. The shop is owned by friends Mike Martin, Brent Schepel, and Jordan Edwards. Stop by and say hello!

Camden Road for the Win

Camden Road recently won an Urbie award for being a great community activity center! The Urbies are urban design awards granted by the City of Charlotte and the UNCC's School of Architecture. The City of Charlotte says: "The goal of the annual awards program is to recognize and celebrate quality urban design in Charlotte, while encouraging continued community discussion around what makes for unique and great places." 

Come see what all the hype is about, visit Camden Road and explore the many restaurants, retailers, businesses, and art spaces in the area.
