Thanks to everyone for adding valuable photos and video to our content site on SmugMug and on the GroupMe chat board. We would like to remind everyone that SmugMug is the primary location for uploading and accessing this content. For those that upload only to GroupMe, it would be very helpful to label your posts with age and/or division, so that our photo manager is more easily able to move that content to the appropriate SmugMug galleries. 

Thank you to Christy Kubitz for coordinating the volunteers and to all those that worked the MB 10K bib pick up and/or at the beer garden! You made the difference!!

We are thrilled to report that MCXC made $3,243.25 by participating in the Hometown Fair Beer Garden. This amount includes the $2,500 donation to MCXC for volunteer participation plus $743.25 which represents the shared tips among the 4 Beer Garden Boosters (people were very generous with tips all weekend long). 

We are at 69% participation for Fair Share -- up 11% from last week -- with a goal 100%! Thank you to those who have contributed to Fair Share. If you have not yet had a chance to donate, please take action today. 

We are grateful for any amount you can contribute (https://www.mbxfoundation.org/booster-clubs/cross-country/).  Excluding out of state trips and the banquet which are self-funding, the Booster Club will spend over $400 per athlete this season.  We depend on your donations as well as our fundraisers to support our amazing MCXC program.   We are suggesting a donation of $225 per athlete. For two athletes the Ask is $350 total. 

The Fair Share Ask covers:
-Out of season training/coaches stipends
-Transportation (with such a large team we need two buses for most races all of which are away this year)
-Invitational Fees
-Equipment
-Trainer
-Team Bonding incidentals
and SO much more to keep our program running!
