The Barry Izsak | Glorya Schklair Conference Scholarship Fund was established in 2012 to provide financial assistance to qualified NAPO members to attend NAPO's Annual Conference. 2022 will be our tenth year that NAPO members will benefit from this scholarship program which offers help to chosen recipients! Each funded conference registration provides a NAPO Professional Member access to the educational courses and professional skill development opportunities that are only available to conference attendees.

Reinstatement Penalty Fee Removal ENDED
After over a year of policy change, as of October 1, 2021, we have returned to our standard reinstatement policy.
After a 30 day grace period without renewal, when a membership has lapsed for greater than 30 days and up to 90 days, members may keep their original join date by paying a $80.00 reinstatement fee (in addition to their membership dues renewal fee) within 90 days of their membership expiration date. After a 90-day lapse, the member since date will revert to the date of membership reinstatement.

There are three eligibility requirements to sit for the CPO exam:
1. You must have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
2. You must agree to adhere to the Code of Ethics for Certified Professional Organizers.
3. You must be prepared to document 1,500 hours of paid work experience conducted in the last five (5) years prior to applying to take the exam.
