This fall, PRWIN collected personal seedling orders for our PRWIN 2022 Spring Seedling Program.

All recipients of the program will be responsible for picking up and planting the seedlings. If any seedlings are not picked up, they will be given to a participant on the waiting list. All participants of our program will be given notice in April informing them of our seedling pickup date and location.

MEMORIAL TREE IN MEMORY OF KEVIN NEWMAN

This fall, PRWIN planted a tree in memory of a young man in our community, Kevin Newman. Kevin's mother, Heather Newman is an active member of the Ripley Horticultural Society, a leader of the Ripley Youth Horticultural Club and a supportive member of the Ripley 4H Conservation Club. Heather's volunteer partnerships has developed outreach programs for our youth.  Kevin was an active member of the Ripley Youth Horticultural Club when the group started. To honour Kevin's life and to express our condolences to the Newman and Clifford families, PRWIN planted a tree at the McLarty Education Centre.
