Annual Fundraising Celebration Banquet
 

We are so excited to again gather in person for our Fundraising Celebration Banquet. This event is open to the public and is an incredible evening of food, celebration, and inspiration.  This special evening will feature the stories of men and women whose lives have been changed through Living Hope Ministries and the power of the gospel. Presented as a musical drama, this year's experience will be somewhat different, but equally powerful in its presentation. The past eighteen-plus months have been some of the most difficult months in recent history.  The unprecedented events have caused great pain, financial difficulties, and incredible loss. LHM quickly pivoted to completely online support groups. Our long-standing online ministry prepared us so that the transition was relatively seamless. Ironically, during this time, we have actually added more people to our groups.  Individuals separated from their communities are searching for genuine places of connections are desperate for a place where they know they will be loved, supported in Christ, and challenged to grow in their relationship with Him.  Living Hope Ministries is that place.  We currently offer both online Zoom support groups and in-person support groups each month. As our country is opening up we are again receiving invitations to speak at churches and groups all over the US who are desperate to know how to redemptively respond to the gender-confused society in which we find ourselves.

Hope, and Truth

Living Hope was honored to be invited to FBC Trussville, Alabama and Central Baptist Church, in Jonesboro, Arkansas to share with their youth leaders, youth, the church, and pastoral staff. The youth at FBC Trussville were riveted as Ricky Chelette, our Executive Director, shared how Christian youth must maintain a biblical worldview filled with compassion, love, and understanding while holding fast to the unchangeable realities of God's revealed Truth found in His Word and evidenced in the life of Jesus. 

Youth teachers, church staff, and the church congregation were eager to discover how to love and respond to the LGBTQIA+ community in ways that lift up Jesus and point them to the One who brings transformation, healing, and wholeness to all those who choose to follow Him.
