So much has happened since last time I wrote you in June... 


After a very busy spring, I spent July and August in Taos, NM, living in a small artsy touristy town, assisting friends leading a NightWalking workshop while they settled in Taos, exploring northern NM and south central CO, and...

...finally getting a NM massage license after I returned to Austin in September. 

How did I manage? I did consultations and sessions over Zoom and phone. No license needed.

This was my longest "vacation" ever, and the sense of spaciousness I experienced was something I didn't know I needed. 

I started studying Polarity Therapy over the summer and did some more training in Biodynamics in September.

 My love letter to you 💖

I'm aware that this is a one-to-many communication. Inspired by Yoga with Adriene's heart-felt Sunday e-letters, I want you to know how much I appreciate our connection.

I feel shy and vulnerable taking this risk. Plus, Mercury is in retrograde, oh my! 

And still, I want to share my feelings with you, so please take this in. 

Whether you found me through Google or word of mouth or knew me before I started doing bodywork, no matter how long it's been since we’ve seen each other, and even if we’ve never met in person, I could not be doing this work that I love if not for you.

I am humbled and honored that you trust me with your vulnerabilities, your symptoms, histories, preferences, situations, personalities...with the unique ways each of your body-mind-heart-spirit wholenesses show up in my office.

I especially appreciate your drive toward more wellness...a path we are all on. 

You challenge me in a good way to listen deeply, be curious, and draw upon my training and experience and curiosity and, yes, my not-knowingness to allow what moves you into greater health to come through me. 

It is always my intent that you leave my table not just feeling better but with a clearer path toward wellness. 

And I want you to know how much I appreciate your kind words about working with me to others, as referrals, testimonials, and recommendations.

I love your constructive feedback as well.

And also that so many of you open and read my newsletters. A 40% open rate for an emailed newsletter from health professionals is nearly unheard of.

You keep my livelihood flowing.

Get a one-hour Biodynamics session for $90, or buy three for $225 or six for $450. This works out to $75 per session with the benefits of repetition, which cumulatively deepens health. 

Get a 75-minute Craniosacral Therapy session for $100, or buy three for $250 or six for $500, which works out to $83.33 per session, again with the benefits of repetition.
