We have recently launched our new and improved registration and booking system to enhance your online customer experience when accessing recreation and culture programs and services. Your previous account information has been migrated over to the new ActiveNet system.
Please do not create a new account if you had one previously.
On Monday, November 1, you will receive an email from us (niagarafalls@active.com) with the subject line "New Account Creation" and the following message:
Dear (Your Name)
A customer account has been established for you with the following login information:
Your Login Name is:
Your Email is:
Your temporary password is: accountXXXX
If your login name does not work, please try your email address as the login name. You will be forced to change your password on first login for safety purposes.
Moving forward, Coronation members will now be able to register online for any registered program. Details of what programs you can register for will be sent out when registration opens for that particular session.
