There will be a preliminary hearing on Friday, November 12, at 1:30pm, held by
Judge Mary Staley Clark of Cobb County Superior Court, to hear arguments regarding matters of legal representation for Mt. Bethel. This is a procedural hearing focused only on the members of Mt. Bethel’s legal team. Members of the public may watch the hearing via a live stream of the Zoom feed on YouTube (see link below). While the courtroom will be open, there are only a handful of seats, and the court will not be setting up an overflow room.
