 Sunday Bible study 9am
Sunday worship service 10am
St. Matthew Lutheran Church
Weekly Update

This Sunday we will celebrate Reformation. Afterwards we will have an outdoor chili potluck and watch a Seahawks game at 1pm.

A word about Bible study: Our regular Bible studies (Sunday 9am, Tuesday 10am) are your best opportunities each week to learn from your fellow church members and encourage each other. Every week we have excellent insights and encouragements from so many mature Christian members. You also get to interact with other members much more and therefore get to know each other much better than if you only see each other in worship. I am concerned that a lot of our members are missing out on an easy way to greatly increase their spiritual growth.

HERE IS A DEVOTIONAL ENCOURAGEMENT TO KEEP YOUR "GOD-LIVED-LIFE" COMMITMENT.

Our YouTube channel is the new place to watch our services.
We will post some Bible studies there, but because not everyone has a microphone it is not an ideal listening experience.

Here are detailed, step-by-step instructions for accessing our weekly worship online. If you need help, you can have Pastor West or an elder visit you and help you set it up. Please don't give up! It works very easily once you get a YouTube account and subscribe.

BIBLE VERSE of the week

“The LORD, the LORD God, is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, abounding in loving devotion and faithfulness, maintaining loving devotion to a thousand generations, forgiving iniquity, transgression, and sin. Yet He will by no means leave the guilty unpunished; He will visit the iniquity of the fathers on their children and grandchildren to the third and fourth generations.”

- Exodus 34:6-7
