With the memories of Homecoming behind us, I would like to thank everyone for a wonderful week. A special thank you to Mrs. Stone and our student council for all of the hard work they put in to coordinate the activities of the week for our students and greater community.  We were blessed in so many ways during our Homecoming week. I pray we keep moving forward with the same joy and enthusiasm of last week. God bless. ~ M. Schick, Interim Principal

Macy Chenevert Memorial Basketball Tournament
We are excited to host the upcoming 17th annual Macy Chenevert Memorial Basketball Tournament November 18th through 20th.  This tournament honors the memory of Macy Chenevert, a Bishop Gorman student who passed away at age 14 in 2005.  Macy led her eighth grade basketball team in scoring en route to second place in district while scheduling chemotherapy treatments around practice and games.

We will have 16 teams on the BG campus playing four games apiece over a three-day period, and we need your help to make this special event and terrific weekend of competition possible!  Please sign up in Helper Helper to donate food items for the hospitality room or to volunteer at the gate, concession stands, or in other ways!  Questions?  Please contact Coach Jon Froelich at jfroelich@bishopgorman.net. Additional Tournament Information | Helper Helper
Facilities
Mr. Tommy Pilgrim has offered to volunteer to help our Business Operations Team take Carl Watson’s excellent facilities inspection report (work sponsored and paid for by donors) and convert it into an action plan.  He will also record the construction and maintenance history of the buildings as well as contacts and standard maintenance routines and notes for current operation of facilities’ systems.  Mr. Pilgrim retired from Delek Refining in 2018 where he held the position of Chief Inspector.  He will be working on campus with the Business Operations Team for no compensation.
