Title: HIV and Hepatitis C Virus in internally-displaced people who inject drugs in the presence of COVID-19 challenges in Ukraine
Bio: Tetyana Vasylyeva received her D.Phil in Molecular Epidemiology from the University of Oxford, where she studied applications of HIV molecular epidemiology to public health. Her work is focused on combining various approaches, such as phylodynamics and epidemiological modelling, to describe the spread of viral infections in a population and assess different prevention strategies, particularly as applied to hard-to-reach and vulnerable populations, such as people who inject drugs and forced migrants.
