Dearly beloved in Christ and Our Blessed Mother,
And Mary said: My soul doth magnify the Lord. And my spirit hath rejoiced in God my Saviour. Because He hath regarded the humility of His handmaid: for behold from henceforth all generations shall call me blessed. Because He that is mighty hath done great things to me: and holy is His Name. And His Mercy is from generation unto generations, to them that fear Him. He hath shewed might in His Arm: He hath scattered the proud in the conceit of their heart. He hath put down the mighty from their seat and hath exalted the humble. He hath filled the hungry with good things: and the rich He hath sent empty away. He hath received Israel His servant, being mindful of His Mercy. As He spoke to our fathers: to Abraham and to his seed for ever. [Lk 1:46-55]
Many little ones, not yet received into the world from the womb, have had their innocent blood shed. 500 children each day (represented during the procession, by the White Crosses), on average, fall victim to the grievous sin of abortion, in England, Scotland and Wales, and a total of nearly 10 million children have been killed in 54 years, in England and Wales.
Child sacrifice was present in pagan nations, before The Gospel was preached to the four corners of the world, for the conversion of the gentiles. But now, once again, child sacrifice has been adopted by a culture of death, whose darkness, with diabolical duplicity, has doused the once burning tongues of the fire of Divine Charity, from the hearts of Christian nations (which shone forth unto the entire world, the True Light of Christ and His Church), and thus, with malicious and deceitful cunning, has enticed all nations into its ranks.
Once again, must The Light of the World be radiated to the four corners of the earth, that those who, being shackled by the heavy chains of sin, are enshrouded in the darkness of death, may have those chains cut and their sight restored by Christ, the King of Heaven and Earth.
The prince of this world knows that his time draws short, and, with every day, he and his demons prowl around the world, with increasing ferocity, for the ruin of souls. For Satan knows that, as was told him by The Lord God, at the beginning of time, “I will put enmities between thee and the woman, and thy seed and her seed: she shall crush thy heard, and thou shalt lie in wait for her heel.” [Gn 3:15]
By the faithful co-operation of the members of Christ [the seed of the woman] whose Mystical Body (The One Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church) we are, Our Mother the Queen of Heaven, shall in her gracious humility, once and for all, crush the proud head of Lucifer, that his deceitful influence and powers of darkness, may be shut up forever, into hell.
In so doing, Our Holy Mother, full of grace, shall once again be the glorious instrument, by whose humble and faithful co-operation, the Eternal Word of God comes into the world (although, this time He shall come in great power and glory, upon the clouds of Heaven), for Christ Our King always gives Himself to us, by the mediation of His Most Blessed Mother, in order to glorify the masterpiece of His Creation and Grace: the Handmaid of The Lord.

One day, through the Rosary and the Scapular, I will save the world.” – the Blessed Virgin Mary to St Dominic
Therefore, in heeding the prophecy of Our Mother, we, Her children, would do well to wear the Brown Scapular of Our Lady of Mt Carmel, given, by the Queen of Heaven, to St Simon Stock (the English Carmelite Friar, at Aylesford, Kent, in 1251), and to pray, devoutly, that prayer which (since given by Our Lady to the glorious St Dominic, in 1208, for the conversion of sinners), as history has foreshadowed, shall once and for all save the world, from the devil: The Rosary.
Abortion, and the entire culture of death, will meet its final and everlasting end, by the faithful co-operation with God’s Grace (bestowed always through the Immaculate Heart of Mary), of the Mystical Body of Christ, in the meditation on the Life, Passion and Glory of Our Blessed Lord, through the devout recitation of the Joyful, Sorrowful and Glorious Mysteries, of the Most Holy Rosary of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
By The Rosary, indeed, Satan’s head shall be crushed by the heel of the Handmaid of The Lord. We may say: blessed are those who are called Her children; blessed are those who call the Queen of Heaven their Mother; and blessed are those who have, always, either clasped firmly in their hands or adorning their necks, the three sacramentals of the Blessed Virgin: The Rosary; The Brown Scapular ad the Miraculous Medal.
However, far above all, in the response of Our Blessed Lord, to the words of the woman who, “from the crowd, lifting up her voice, said to Him: Blessed is the womb that bore Thee and the paps that gave Thee suck.”, He, Divine Wisdom, said “Yea rather, blessed are they who hear the Word of God and keep it.” [Lk 11:27-28]
Therefore, in following Our Blessed Mother, in keeping the Word of God, let us be “praying at all times” [Lk 21:36] especially for those in most need of The Lord’s Mercy. For as we process through the cold streets of London, proclaiming the burning charity of the Incarnate Word of God, praying the decades of the Our Father and the Angelic Salutation, we shall, to the glory of God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost, be hailing the Holy Queen of Heaven, and beseeching The Lord that He may pour forth His grace, to flood into the barren souls of those whom Satan has drained their hearts arid of love, so that they may receive the joy of the Children of God and the Blessed Virgin, and so seek not to destroy their unborn brothers and sisters, but to nurture and embrace them.
As we sing “Ave Maria” and “Gloria Patri”, let us remind ourselves, and the world, of the splendour of that most holy joy, of the totally self-sacrificial and loving union of man and woman, in holy matrimony, exemplified in perfection by St Joseph and the Blessed Virgin Mary, which brings forth the fruit of that union, which is ever rooted in the incomprehensible Wisdom and Providence of The Blessed Trinity: the conception of new human life, made in the image and likeness of the One, Holy and Omnipotent God.
The Joy of the Holy Family of Nazareth, is once again being zealously promulgated throughout the world, where, from the tomb of the sorrows and exile of Christian persecution, and the attempted destruction of the family (the corporal image of The Triune God and the foundation of well-ordered society), the confoundingly Triumphant Joy of Christ the Crucified King, born in poverty, of the virginal marriage of Mary and Joseph, is resurrecting the hope of hearts grown dead of charity, in a world of hedonistic despair, so as to prepare for the triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, the Mother of all the Children of God, and the glorious Second Coming of Our Eternal King.
Gabriel, the Angel of The Lord, declared unto the Blessed Virgin, that not only had She conceived, by the power of the Holy Ghost, but also, “And behold thy cousin Elizabeth, she also hath conceived a son in her old age; and this is the sixth month with her that is called barren: Because no word shall be impossible with God.” [Lk 1:36-37].

Having been made known The Incarnation of Christ, the Eternal Son of God, and the conception of St John the Baptist, by the message of an angel, we too can firmly and constantly believe that even that which we cannot comprehend with our frail human minds, is not impossible with God. So, with burning hope, we can fervently anticipate the dawn, which will bring a final end to the darkness of the culture of death.
And immediately following the most joyful news of The Annunciation, came the great joy of The Visitation and the Sanctification of the unborn St John the Baptist. When Our Lord, through His Blessed Mother, the Mediatrix of Grace, sanctified the unborn child in the womb of St Elizabeth, He allowed us to witness His Almighty Power (now shared in Heaven with His Most Holy Mother), by which He took away the stain of original sin, from St John.
So, we pray, that by the most powerful intercession of the Holy Mother of God, The Lord, in His Omnipotent Mercy and Grace, may cleanse, from the stain of original sin, the souls of all the unborn children, throughout the world, who have been murdered in the womb until now, and all those unborn whom He foreknowest shall be lost to abortion, before this evil is ultimately brought to an end.

Finally, as we pray The Rosary, processing meekly and humbly, through the streets around the Houses of Parliament, where some 54 years ago, abortion was first legalised, and as we meditate, daily, on the same Divine Mysteries wherever we may be, throughout each and every day of our lives, let us firmly – animated by a lively faith – cling to the hope of The Resurrection, and with hearts ablaze, burning with charity, beseech God to pour forth His Grace, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, to bring to eternal peace the souls of all aborted and lost unborn children, and, to eternal salvation, all sinners; especially those in most need of His Mercy.
“And behold I am with you all days, even to the consummation of the world.” [Mt 28:20]
Holy Innocents, pray for us.
St Joseph, Pillar of families, pray for us.
Our Lady, Queen of the Most Holy Rosary, pray for us.
All the angels and saints of Heaven, pray for us.
Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, have mercy on us.
