The wonderful Reed Kelly (from Cirque Du Soleil... yeah, that one!) has decided to call Integral his home away from home for a little longer.

Flexibility 8-week course

Great for those of you who have never dedicated any time to increasing your flex, all the way through to those who'd like to learn contortion. Reed provides progressions and regressions depending on what you're after.

Straps 6-week course

Straps is an excellent way to perfect your aerial or climbing technique. Focussed on conditioning the body and perfecting foundational skills that you need for more advanced movement, it's suitable for Intermediate and Advanced students, whether you're an aerialist, rock climber or gym junkie.

Handstands - drop in classes

Excellent Emily is taking on our handstands classes! Em will run handstands as regular classes, rather than as a course. This means that you will be able to drop into the class just like you can with silks, lyra, trap and conditioning, using casual classes, membership or class packs. 

We highly recommend handstands as the perfect counter to all that pulling we do in the air. Working that reverse chain of movement, doing some aerial prehab and learning a fabulous new skill - what could be better?

Handstands: Fridays at 5:30pm.
