Dear Friends,
This is the fifth year in a row that TACAM continues to support students in Michigan by giving a $1000 fund to ONE eligible Turkish university student in Michigan with the intention of helping her/his needs.
This year's student fund is provided mainly with a contribution by Hulya Erol-Garvett, and some of our members. We greatly appreciate their support of TACAM.
The deadline for the application is Oct 29th. We will announce the awardee by mid of November. Scholarship decisions will be made based on the student’s need, academic achievements and level of TACAM support. The awarded student is expected to attend at least three TACAM activities, and help TACAM to increase awareness about Turkish culture in Michigan.
