We mark European Unequal Pay Day on 10 November to raise awareness of the fact that women in Europe effectively work for free the rest of the year, due to the 14.1% gender pay gap. A large part of this gap is due to unequal sharing of unpaid care work, which is why our slogan for this year's campaign is: "Share tasks equally at home, for equal opportunities at work!"
Ahead of this date, we are launching our annual campaign video and hosting an expert panel debate on the topic.
