Holidays and Giving the Gift of Art
Tips, Books, Prints,
Last week, I was in a store and saw that the Christmas decorations, lights and trees were all on display. I chuckled to myself because we aren’t even past Halloween. And then I realized, since this newsletter is monthly at end of the month, I needed to get on that bandwagon with holiday gift ideas. If you or someone among your friends or family loves photography, here are a couple ideas.
What To Keep in Mind When Buying Photographs: If you are interested in original photography for your home, or even having a little collection of photographic art, you can find some tips on what to consider on my website. Here is the link to the pdf, which you can save. If you are thinking about art as a gift for someone else, in a previous newsletter there are some thoughts about buying art for others.
Roadside America, the book: The Roadside America book, in color or black and white infrared, are available for sale on Blurb.
Prints as Gifts: If you don’t want to go out on that limb of making a choice for someone else, Im happy to generate a gift certificate for you to give, and then I will work with that person to find an image they love, whether it is on the website or in my archives. Just email me and we will organize it.
