The 2021 Fall Parish Assembly scheduled for this past Sunday, October 24 was not able to be held because of a lack of quorum requiring 35 members in good standing signed in.
This letter serves as an official 2nd Notice for the 2021 Fall Parish Assembly to be held on Sunday, November 7, 2021 in Mangos Hall immediately following the Liturgy.
As per the Uniform Parish Regulations, (UPR), Ch. 3, Art. 31, Sec. 4; “…the Parish Assembly shall be called a second time with twenty-one (21) days. At such time, decisions may be taken by the number of parishioners in good standing present, with the exception of matters pertaining to the purchase, sale or encumbering of Parish property, in which case a quorum of parishioners in good standing shall be required.”
