Online course with Karma Trinley Rinpoche
by Bodhi Path Valencia
'The Four Immeasurables' Saturday, November 20 - Sunday, November 21
The best way to cultivate positive attitudes toward others is through meditation. Among the many methods of meditation taught by the Buddha are the Four Immeasurables. These refer to four contemplations to cultivate loving-kindness, compassion, rejoice and equanimity. They are called immeasurable because they address an immeasurable number of sentient beings and because the benefit that comes from practicing them is immeasurable.
The teachings will be given in English by Trinley Rinpoche and translated into Spanish. It will be conducted through Zoom.
