What a week it has been… an all time hight of Bitcoin of more than $67.000 and the media waking up again about crypto. A lot to discuss! 🚀

Business-wise, multiple very exciting partnerships have arisen in the past two weeks… Not only Coinbase is partnering up but also Mastercard decided to engage in a partnership. Read below to find out who these major companies are partnering up with.😏

💳 Mastercard and digital asset platform Bakkt are partnering to allow merchants, banks and fintechs to build cryptocurrency into their offerings. The two also plan to shake up the way consumers can collect loyalty rewards.

🇪🇺 Bitcoin mining firm Bitfury is planning to go public in the next 12 months in what would be Europe's biggest cryptocurrency-related IPO debut.

🏦 ABN AMRO has released a report stating that all kinds of services from financial service providers, such as brokers and bankers, are becoming redundant due to blockchain technology.

🤑 ProShares launches BITO, the first Bitcoin ETF in the U.S. By the end of the opening day BITO saw the highest ever first day "natural" volume for an ETF, with the figure reaching a little over $1 billion. 

🏧 Wallmart will allow its customers to purchase Bitcoin using ATMs. The American multinational retail corporation already installed 200 Bitcoin ATMs, the total plan is to have 8.000 kiosks in its American stores.

🤩 David Marcus, the co-creator and board member of Diem, Tweets that Facebook is rolling out a small pilot of the Novi digital wallet app in the U.S. and Guatemala. 

🏀 The leading U.S. cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase and the National Basketball Association (NBA) announced a multi-year partnership. Following it, Coinbase became the exclusive cryptocurrency platform of the WNBA, NBA G League, NBA 2K League and USA Basketball.

😱 Grayscale Investments, the world's largest digital currency asset manager, has filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to convert its Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC) into a Bitcoin spot ETF.

🚀 The Bitcoin Mining Council (BMC) announced the findings of its third quarter ("Q3") survey focused on two important metrics: electricity consumption and sustainable power mix.

🤭 Jelena McWilliams, chairman of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), said that a team of U.S. banking regulators are trying to provide a roadmap for banks to engage in crypto assets.

🌐 Blockchain data platform Chainalysis releases its full 2021 Geography of Cryptocurrency Report, which includes data on North America, Europe, Eastern Asia, LatAm, and the Middle East. It focuses on cryptocurrency activity by region, differences in adaption patterns between low and high-income countries, and regional patterns in cryptocurrency-related crime.
💰 Microstrategy buys 5,050 more Bitcoin, its balance sheet is currently worth around $5.1 billion.

💥 Tech platform behind Sotheby's NFT Metaverse raises $20 million

📈 Polkadot unveils development fund of $770M.

🤓 Fidenza artist sells $7M worth of Euthereum NFTs buyers haven't seen yet.

⛑️ The team behind the Polygon protocol has paid out a record $2 million bounty to a white hat hacker.

🙊 Bored Ape Yacht Club NFT breaks record with $3.4M sale. 

🏎️ Tesla surpasses $1 trillion market value.

🍬 Fanatics' sports NFT studio Candy Digital raises $100M Series A funding.
