MEDIA RELEASE
Issued: October 26, 2021
Council opposes terrace of three houses

Buckhurst Hill Parish Council has objected to plans for a terrace of three three-storey three-bedroom houses behind 158 Queens Road, Buckhurst Hill.

The planning and environment committee said the development lacks amenity space with councillors adding the new homes would result in a massing effect and over-intensification of the site.

The committee added that a previous application for homes on the site was a more spacious design.
