On a crisp Autumn afternoon/evening there were 14 Spinners (counting the photographer) who checked out the new pavement in Big Hill Park South of Goose Creek Bridge per photo below:
This "paved Peace Trail link" was another step in connecting Beloit to the Janesville Trail System. The Rock Trail Coalition played a major role in seeing this project through to fruition with both financial assistance, encouragement & persistence to get the job done!
With the days getting shorter from a light perspective it is time to start our rides a bit earlier. From now until the time changes on November 7th our rides will start at:
5 PM
Weather permitting the last organized Tuesday Spinner ride will occur on November 2nd because on Sunday Nov 7th the clocks "Fall Back".

Finally, mark your calendars for the Annual Spinner Gathering that will occur on Sunday November 21st @ 5pm to be held at Nature at the Confluence. This is a very fun event where we re-cap the cycling year and will be entertained by Spinner Stephen Wadle who will make a presentation about his hiking/biking trip out West this past Summer.
