Dear Brompton Family,
Please join us for our next webinar, this time looking at transitioning into adult care. We'll hear from adult patients who have made the transition themselves, and ask questions about their experiences. We'll then split into cardiac/respiratory breakout rooms to discuss the process with the Clinical Nurse Specialists and Transition team.
This webinar is intended for young RBH patients (12-16 y/o) who will be transitioning in the next few years. Parents are welcome to accompany or to attend on their child's behalf if unable to join.
As this is a virtual event, we are unable to offer free food and drinks. Instead, attendees will receive a £5 Amazon gift card. Please note - this gift card is only available to patients aged 12-16 y/o who attend the session.
