Join candidates and other friendly volunteers in making phone calls to your neighbors in town to get out the vote for Democrats! If you've never done it before, it's fun and easy. We are calling democrats and friendly unaffiliated and independent voters just to remind them to vote. We'll give you a short script so you know what to say, and our automated technology will connect you only with people who pick up or have voicemail. Best of all, you get to choose -- join us virtually from the comfort of your own couch, or be with us in person at our headquarters.

Join us on Saturday
This Saturday, Oct 30th, at 10am we'll be sending volunteers out to speak to neighbors in our community and make sure they know to vote on Nov 2nd. We'll give you a list of addresses, and send you out with a buddy or two. It's a fun way to connect with your neighbors, and our experiences on the doors this election season have been friendly and positive -- people are glad to know how they can make a difference! We'll have cards for you to distribute with a simple message: Local elections matter. Please come out and vote.

In case you haven't already had enough fun on the phones, we've set a goal of making 1,000 calls for our pre-election Phone-bankathon!! All hands on deck for our last minute efforts to get out the vote! Once again, you can join us virtually from home, or you can join us at 7 Island Drive for drinks, hot dogs and prizes! Get dialling!!

Every single vote counts in a local election. We are expecting about 5,000 people to show up. So each of our candidates needs just over 2,500 votes to win. Our records show we have about 1,000 hard core Democratic voters who show up every single municipal election (maybe since the town was founded!). That means we need to round up another 1,500 or so voters who support our amazing Democratic slate. That's not that many in the big picture.
So every one of your aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, neighbors, parents, co-workers, workout buddies, or book club friends can make the difference. Make sure they show up on Tuesday!! There will be a lot going on in town over the next year with both a retiring School Superintendent and Police Chief. We need to have trusted leadership to bring us all forward together.
