CPEI Project Update - ClimateSense

CreativePEI and the River Clyde Pageant have partnered with the Canadian Centre for Climate Change and Adaptation to host artist Alexis Bulman as an intern in UPEI's Climate Sense program.

Bulman has been learning about climate change and has been exploring ways in which the arts can help people deal with a sense of impending doom associated with climate change by developing and delivering a series of community-engaged arts installations to inspire action on climate adaptation.

Welcome Web Content Creator Wyatt Gillis

We’d Like to extend a warm welcome to our Web Content Creator Wyatt Gillis. Since joining CreativePEI in August, Wyatt has been assisting us in writing copy for our refreshed website and our social media pages.

Born and raised in Charlottetown, Wyatt has had an interest in music and journalism from an early age. After graduating high school he moved to Montreal and spent a year living at an independently run art gallery. Crossing paths with photographers, visual artists, filmmakers, and musicians rekindled his love for the arts.

Since graduating from Holland College in 2020, Wyatt has worked as a freelance journalist for a variety of newspapers in the maritimes including the Guardian, the Cape Breton Post, the Halifax Star, the Cadre, and Saltwire.com

Welcome Wyatt!
