Dear Members –

It was a beautiful weekend in Seacrest for the 2021 Annual Meeting. The late October date brought cooler temperatures for our Friday evening cocktail party and Saturday morning meeting. The Board of Directors wishes to thank all owners who joined us in person and virtually. It was a pleasure to meet new owners and to reconnect with long term owners as well.

We welcomed the opportunity to share our Master Plan projects for the Amphitheater Drainage, the Town Hall and the Heated Pool and Playground and are delighted to have your approval to continue with these projects. We appreciate the discussion and will definitely review your feedback as we further define these plans.

Our Treasurer, Robert Landi, reviewed our financial position and presented the 2022 Operating Budget that included a $100 per quarter increase in our dues assessment. We appreciate your budget approval for the new year.

We would like to thank Bryan Magnus for his service on the Board of Directors over the last 3 years. We welcome our newly elected member, Julie Webber, and congratulate Derek Berube and Tricia Briggs on their re-election to the Board of Directors.

Finally, we would like to thank Lee Nettles, Amber Archer and the entire Seacrest Staff for coordinating the details that made this weekend a success. We appreciate all that you do for Seacrest.

During the meeting Jill Spinoso, the owner of 108 Seacrest Beach Boulevard East, asked the Association to provide e-mail contact information for all members who were in attendance at the meeting. Per the HOA Attorney’s guidance, since the Association cannot release a member's contact information without their express permission Jill gave her consent to share her e-mail address with the membership and invite any members who wanted to share their contact information with Jill to please reach out to her directly at jspinoso7@gmail.com.

As we mentioned during the meeting our monthly BOD meetings are always open for you to join in person or online.
