U-M Sustainability Survey

A sampling of students, staff, and faculty from across campus were randomly selected to provide their opinions and feedback about sustainability and carbon neutrality at the University of Michigan. Was this you? Check your inbox for an email with “U-M Sustainability” in the subject, and if you were lucky enough to receive the survey, don't forget to reply!

PBSL Sustainable Behaviors Survey

Whether or not you received the survey above, you can share your perspective via this short survey created by Planet Blue Student Leaders (PBSLs) to better understand why people do what they do. Four different PBSL project groups will pilot behavior-change campaigns next semester, and your survey responses will help inform the work! All U-M Ann Arbor students are eligible to participate. Participants will be entered into a drawing to win sustainability-themed student art. (Hello, free holiday gifts for the sustainability geeks in your life!)

Hot Take on Transportation

Check out the latest blog article from Planet Blue Student Leader Long Tran, who shares his perspective on public transportation. Whether we’re in Hanoi, Amsterdam, Ann Arbor, or Singapore, “cars don’t make us more free, they take away our freedom," he says.

TheRide 2045

TheRide operates the public transit system for the greater Ann Arbor-Ypsilanti area, and they want your input as they develop their Long-Range Plan. You're invited to join public engagement meetings both online and in-person or view their materials and submit your comments via their feedback survey.

Peony Garden Ambassadors

In celebration of 100 years in bloom, the Nichols Arboretum Peony Garden is seeking volunteer Ambassadors to help host peony-centric celebrations during peak bloom (the weekend of 6/3/22). If you're interested in engaging with the public, helping staff events, or offering other skills to support the festivities, please fill out this interest form.
