It focuses on the instruction they received, its contents and modalities, students’ overall well-being, and their views on the actions to take in order to “build back better”.

European Youth Event 2021

At the beginning of October we attended the European Youth Event 2021 in Strasbourg. Together with Board, Secretariat and working group Members we had a lot of fun!

Our highlights? The two activities that we organised within our projects ECMA and Generation D-Liberation.

We could not ask for a better group of engaged and brilliant young people. During the one hour session, young Changemakers got to know more about the project and how to find useful tools to carry out a project in their community.

What about Generation D-Liberation?  👇🏼

Generation D-Liberation

During the #EYE2021 we also had the opportunity to organise a students' assembly within the Generation D-Liberation project.

What is it about? The objectives of the project are to develop and test a methodology for deliberation at school level that can be used by students and schools in order to promote youth engagement and political debates and recommendations and to implement it in 6 countries reaching out to 2300 students directly.

Our first assembly was a complete success and we cannot wait to see more students' assemblies taking place across Europe that will enable young people to help defend the planet, protect and uphold the fundamental values they believe in, and secure the right direction for their own future.

II Global Students Convention

Last week, together with Global Student Forum we organized the II Global School Students Convention.

Students activist had the chance to share and discuss their main struggles and demands. This event represented an opportunity for them to learn more about school students unions in different parts of the world and to strengthen the cooperation between school students worldwide.
As we say in OBESSU, “Nothing About us, Without us”
