VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

Saturday Oct 30 : 1- 4 PM EST

Sunday Oct 31 at the following hours:

8 AM to 1.30 PM EST (Setup for Mahayajnya)
3 PM - 6 PM EST (Help in Mahayajnya)
6 PM - 8 PM EST (Cleanup/Wind-up)

Students will get volunteer certificates as needed. Your help is appreciated.

Suggestions during Mahayajnya

Please join Virtually if you have travelled in past 7 days or have fever or been coughing
Please join virtually if you are sick or exposed to a potential COVID affected person
Please bring your masks and wear them at all times when indoors or close to others
Please avoid touching ANY surfaces
If you are planning to give cash donation, please put bills in an envelope and bring
We prefer donations online via www.vedictemple.org/donations
Each sponsor family gets one Bag
Keep your water bottle and sanitizer along
It may be little cold in evening, please dress accordingly
Please try to eat outside only. Indoors are mostly for seniors. Please be considerate
Please volunteer to help cleanup the area. We appreciate any help
Please invite your friends and extended family members to participate
Each Yajman can take one coconut after Hawan
Kids can come in Halloween costumes
