If you purchased any of these inks between June 2020-August 2021 please make sure the ink has an even consistency and flows smoothly. If not, we will send you a replacement. If we do not have the ink in stock, you can choose from any of our available inks.

Here at Papier Plume we checked every ink made with this container of dye and all suspect bottles were immediately removed from stock. Then we tested all dyes received from this lab and restructured our supply intake procedure, so we can state with complete confidence that the problem is contained and will never repeat.

We stand by our products, but ultimately we stand by our customers. If there is a problem we make it right. We've never encountered a product quality issue on this scale but it makes no difference. Integrity is always the priority.

Fountain Pen Day is coming up on November 5th. It has long been our tradition to create a very special ink in celebration and this year will be no exception. Followers on our social media can catch a glimpse of this exotic new addition to our New Orleans Collection next week.
