Ballots were sent on Monday to all HTH emails by village. Missing your ballot? Please email us as soon as possible.
This is our first election for HTEC officers (President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer). Your ballot also includes the bargaining Team Members vacancies at your Village, and the bargaining platform compiled by the Bargaining Team based on your priorities shared at input sessions at each school.

Elections Timeline:
- Monday, October 11th through Friday, October 15th @ 5:00 pm: Nominations Accepted
- Monday, October 18th through Thursday, October 21st @ 5:00 pm: Voting Window (by electronic ballot)
- Friday, October 22nd: Results Announced

2: Mark your calendar to show up at next Wednesday's important board meeting!
The next meeting of the HTH board is Wednesday, October 27, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. on Zoom. (Note the time change!) This meeting is an important one, as we will be officially kicking off the bargaining process by "sunshining" - sharing our list of priorities for our new contract! The Zoom link and agenda will be posted on the Board's website at least 72 hours before the meeting. We need as many people as possible to show up to show their support, and speak about why these priorities are important to you. Specific participation guidelines can change slightly and will be shared with the agenda, but make sure to email ckip@hightechhigh.org at least 24 hours before the meeting if you wish to speak.
Do you want your new contract to protect project based learning, to guarantee a qualified teacher and support for every classroom, to create sustainable and stable working conditions, and give equitable pay for educators?
Then make sure you make your voice heard by VOTING in our elections and SHOWING UP at this board meeting!
