Trustees' Week 1-5 November 2021

Trustees’ week is an annual event to showcase the great work done by Trustees, and to provide opportunities for more people to get involved and make a difference. Trustees play an absolutely vital role in the day-to-day running of charitable organisations.

At KVA, we currently have a board of five trustees, from varied backgrounds.
Helena Pohl says of her role with us, “My background is in HR and I have a strong interest in the structure and development of communities, so the opportunity to take on a voluntary role with KVA was perfect. The role of Trustee carries responsibilities, and Sanja and her team were brilliant getting me up to speed with regulations and understanding the organisation.
It’s been great getting to know my fellow Trustees who bring complementary skills and, like the team at KVA, are hugely committed and knowledgeable.  I feel very proud to be able to make a contribution at what is an immensely exciting, post pandemic, stage in KVA’s growth and development.”

KVA support for Trustees
