We're Open!

Happy Fall! As many businesses in Toronto safely reopen, Free Geek Toronto too is again operating our retail store.

In-store browsing is available Wednesday to Saturday with limited capacity (3 people at a time) between 1:15 PM – 4:45 PM. We are also open for pick-ups of online orders and in-person purchases on those days from 1 PM – 5 PM. Additionally, we are accepting drop-offs of electronics on Fridays and Saturdays from 1 PM – 5PM.

In line with public health rules, we require visitors to practice social distancing and wear a mask at all times. Together we can all do our part in keeping ourselves and our community safe.

Welcome 6 New Volunteers

We are proud to welcome six new volunteers who will be supporting us in various roles, including refurbishment and operations. Free Geek Toronto wouldn’t be possible without our volunteers. We thank all of you, old and new, for your support, and read on for open volunteer positions.

Do you have a creative marketing mind that loves team building and giving back to the community and rallying others through exciting, empathetic, and engaging content? If this sounds like you, consider joining our Digital Strategist Team!

You’ll work in a team of Digital Community Strategists and Social Media & Newsletter Content Specialists with the opportunity to explore, expand, develop, and dream big for our digital brand and marketing strategy. You’ll be supported by a marketing team with a diverse skill set led by a member from the Board of Directors who will mentor this subcommittee.
