Though we still have a week left of our Pajama Time Collection Drive for ECFA, the Lord is already using this event and your generosity to care for His kids. Check out this story from Shari of an only-God encounter that happened last week: 
 

Last Tuesday, Janna* and her daughter came to Parkview to deliver a meal the staff had ordered. I ran downstairs to greet her, and we got to chatting on the patio. She explained she and her daughter had been doing GrubHub deliveries together for about five years now. Janna's daughter, who appeared to be about 12 and has Down syndrome, was brightly dressed and all smiles. She talked about how much she enjoys doing this with her mom. 

Then Janna asked, “Is this a church? Do you accept drive-up donations?” I asked her what she meant, and she proceeded to tell me she had two large, unopened boxes of kids pull-ups in her car that she’d like to donate if we had a need for them. If we have a need for them?! Shocked, I started laughing and insisted they come into the lobby so I could show them the little nursery set up for the ECFA collection drive. Janna went on to tell me she was served by an organization just like ECFA when she was in need of an adoptive family for a daughter she birthed while experiencing homelessness. Meanwhile, her present daughter showed me her dance and gymnastic moves on the expansive lobby floor, and I gratefully received the pull-ups. My heart was as overflowing as our lobby display. I walked away praying Janna felt the same.

These moments are a gift. They’re glimpses into the care and creativity of our great God who uses the smallest interactions - like a GrubHub delivery - to remind His children we are each seen, valued, and worthy. We are praying God orchestrates hundreds more of these moments through the items you have given!
