Raymond Mah is the Managing Partner of MahWengKwai & Associates and heads our
Corporate and Dispute Resolution departments. Raymond has been recognised by Legal 500
and AsiaLaw Profiles for Dispute Resolution and Real Estate & Construction. Raymond was
also selected as one of Asian Legal Business’ 40 under 40 brightest young legal minds in 2015,
and was named by Asia Law Portal as one of “30 people to watch in the business of law in Asia
in 2017”.

Denise Phang graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of London in September 2013 and completed her Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) in 2014. She commenced her pupillage at MahWengKwai & Associates under the tutelage of Mr Raymond Mah and was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2015.

Denise is a litigator and is involved in a wide range of civil disputes. She is particularly active in dealing with corporate and commercial contracts, adjudication, arbitration, construction and land acquisition matters.
