The Global Healthy Happy Hour (GHHH) is an Africa Yoga Project (AYP) online event involving the community, yoga, connection and dance for a cause. From speaking up against police brutality to speaking up for the importance of mental health, this virtual event has covered a vast number of important subjects allowing not only the spreading of awareness.
The impact on the families of the teachers in AYP's communities and the good that all your previous donations made is mindblowing (in a good way). For instance, with your donation at the peak of COVID, we were able to get 40,000 pounds of flour and nearly 900,000 litres of water to 18,852 people.
