This week we received some bad publicity through social media claiming that we here at the club are using drones as a means of security, I can assure you that is not the case and the we only use CCTV like all businesses do which is there for the security of our clubhouse our staff and you as members. This all came about following a recent refusal for a new membership application which was declined by the committee, but as now been resolved and they have apologised, also the item removed from the social media sites. Bad publicity is not good at anytime especially after recently coming out of lockdown when we the committee and the staff are working even harder to drive our club forward and stronger financially for the future.
The club as recently benefited very nicely with the addition of the new TV screen above the bar which was kindly donated to us, and I thank our sponsors for their kind donation to the club, which now gives us all around vision where every you sit within the club to a screen. We have also replaced the large screen with an even larger screen, and now projects a better and clearer picture.
With the next couple of months running up to Christmas, this being a very busy period for the committee and the staff we will putting plenty of Entertainment for everyone, which I trust you will come along and enjoy, and supporting the club by doing so.

We currently have a temporary Bingo Caller but we are on the look out for someone who can host the bingo nights every other Sunday from 8pm - 10pm.
