This weekend's performances are:
Middle School Cast:

High School Cast (Library Cast): Saturday, November 13 and Sunday, November 14 at 5:30 pm

Live and In-Person!

Thursday, November 18, 2021 * 7:30 pm
Performed on the Mainstage

Listen to This returns to the stage for the first time in twenty months to feature real stories shared by real people in person, for real.

Host Tom Chalmers proudly presents an evening of terrific tellers of tales and singers of songs, all built around the central theme of "How'd We Wind Up Here?" - days that took a decidedly different direction. We all may be looking around right now and wondering how we wound up here. But for this night at the theater, we look back at days, not years, that went much differently than expected.

Featuring stories by Maryedith Burrell, Anna Kate Hall, Peter Lundblad, and Marilyn Ball. Plus songs by Laura Boswell.

Thank goodness this could never happen: An elected Governor is thrown out of office because of his sexual shenanigans — and the political gurus want to install an easily manipulated buffoon? Paul Slade Smith’s non-partisan, hilarious political satire takes on that challenge – and gives us hope! Be prepared for a carnival ride of big laughs! The Outsider is presented as readers theatre by The Autumn Players.

Directed by Elliot Weiner * Starring LuAnn Bolnick, Joe Scully, Julianne Arnall, Kermit Brown, Jerre’ Bolnick, Melody Hockley, and Donald Beck.

NOTE: ALL performances for The Outsider - even the Sunday show! - are held on the Mainstage at Asheville Community Theatre
