LEANDRO HEARING ALERT!   Updates on the Leandro Court Case  North Carolina students have been waiting for 27 years for our lawmakers to fulfill their constitutional duty to provide a sound, basic education. Because of our General Assembly's lack of compliance with the implementation of the FULL Leandro Plan, Judge Lee will convene a hearing tomorrow, November 10th at 2 pm  to decide the penalty for noncompliance. The hearing is closed to in person viewing but the Webex information is provided below.  LEANDRO HEARING WEBEX INSTRUCTIONS You do not need a Webex account to observe the hearing. To join the Wake Civil Superior Webex Courtroom, please follow the steps below. Select Join a meeting in the upper right corner 3. In the text box, enter the Webex Courtroom meeting number listed above and select Continue 4.
